"So far A+ rating."

This light does a great job and grows plants in a rapid rate. For the price range of this light that is truly outstanding customer service. When I ordered my second light it arrived with a dead transformer. We just run the bright lights during the day. I like that it has a timer built into the control module too. Wanted to return it but decided to keep it for my quarantine tank. When I disassembled it- I found the light had no seal on either end cap.

"The light is not hot!"

The adjustable brightness levels are awesome too. Seems to be doing pretty well for my planted tank also! It's a simple design, easy and intuitive to set up, adjustable and fits great. The purple hue bugged me that much I returned it. This lights had the reviews i was looking for. For the price range of this light that is truly outstanding customer service. I added a moon light separately and all is good.

"No remote."

I really like that I can get a 24-hour effect with the timer. They immediately sent out the package via UPS but UPS lost it. This one beats them all and now Im going to have to get back into some stem plants. I bought the smaller one without realizing it. This light coming in at 6500 kelvin is perfect! Overall build quality is really good. I contacted Nicrew support over the weekend and received a reply within hours.

"Seems to be well made."

The second pic is my old Top Fin light for comparison. My plants have been pearling by late evening since installing the light. It's not too bright and not too dim. This tank is 15 years old with lps and sps corals. For the price these lights are incredible. Most lights make it still so dark you can't see. It should be much further down the cord so that it can be hidden if desired.

"I love this light."

It should be much further down the cord so that it can be hidden if desired. The purple hue bugged me that much I returned it. Overall, this LED light gives new fish tank owners the best bang for the buck. That said, I tried it out today and it's gorgeous! What happens when you mix a lot of blue with a little red. This is the second Nicrew light I have purchased for my aquariums. The second pic is my old Top Fin light for comparison.

"Mainly wanted timer."

The built-in schedule will restrict you which is super annoying. I contacted Nicrew support over the weekend and received a reply within hours. This lights had the reviews i was looking for. I can set it for 3-12 hours so helps save me sometime before work in the morning. The timer mode utilized seems like the only timer mode I wouldn't really ever want. The second pic is my old Top Fin light for comparison. The entire process took only a few days.

"Took off 4 stars."

This light does a great job and grows plants in a rapid rate. This tank is 15 years old with lps and sps corals. But I will stick with the Nicrew classic LED PLUS as it also has full spectrum. It illuminates my 20g long fish tank entirely and perfectly. You'll have to DIY it, and even then it might not look great. There IS a purple hue to this fixture. Mainly keeping montiporas, Xenia, birds nest, gorgonians, various sinularia.

"It's a good light."

Most lights make it still so dark you can't see. So my ALL Blues run alone one hour before and an hour after. My standard 10 gallon tank's hood finally crapped out on me. Best of all you see the true color of your plants and fish. I am so in love with this lights and looking forward to start a new planted tank. The daytime lights are MUCH brighter than the lights my Top Fin hood has built in. Sadly I can't really use it yet because the glass canopy I ordered hasn’t arrived.

"Switch has 3 settings."

I changed my review and contacted Hygger. They did well enough during the time I had them. The remote that comes with the light leaves a lot to be desired. Therefore you cannot use this fixture on a customer timer. I was skeptical about only having 3 lighting types at first. I like that it has a timer built into the control module too. No pictures because the camera on the phone couldn't pick it up.

"I'll elaborate in a bit."

I thought they were fairly easy to set up. Mainly keeping montiporas, Xenia, birds nest, gorgonians, various sinularia. I bought the smaller one without realizing it. Overall a good competitor to Nicrew. This light does a great job and grows plants in a rapid rate. No bad algae, Corals show great expansion, nice growth, and good coloration. "5 inch units."

They immediately sent out the package via UPS but UPS lost it. Overall build quality is really good. I have a very big 55 gallon corner tank that had a big hood on the top. The daytime lights are MUCH brighter than the lights my Top Fin hood has built in. This is another awsome product from hygger. The corals look beautiful and the color spectrum is great. I'd use it for a frag tank or maybe even a coral QT.

"Very bright!"

The following Monday they shipped a new power supply. That sounded like a good plan to me so I agreed it was worth the risk. I initially planned to put this light on a 10 gallon with some javaferns and moss. They immediately sent out the package via UPS but UPS lost it. I changed my review and contacted Hygger. Even the torch, frogspawn and brain at the bottom of the tank is doing well. It's been about a month since the new LED light came in.

"Acting completely normal."

They did well enough during the time I had them. I actually thought the tank had constant algae blooms before I got this light. I thought they were fairly easy to set up. "We don't use that."

For the price these lights are incredible. No bad algae, Corals show great expansion, nice growth, and good coloration. Has all the functions I need and want, and I am happy with this purchase. It does give a nice look though if that's what you're going for. Like most led strips, this is low profile and thin. The daytime lights are MUCH brighter than the lights my Top Fin hood has built in. "5gal tanks."

I really wanted to like this light, but ultimately it didn't work for me. I've had these lights for three weeks and so far they are AWESOME. I have to once again sing praises for this light and company. The remote that comes with the light leaves a lot to be desired. I bought the smaller one without realizing it. They are so much nicer than the florescent lights that came with my tanks. I am running 20 something aquariums and have multiple lights running in my fishroom.

The corals look beautiful and the color spectrum is great. I have to once again sing praises for this light and company. When I ordered my second light it arrived with a dead transformer.
