Once, when I was a little kid, I watched Mary T. Meagher swim a 1,500 meter Freestyle all Butterfly at the Long Beach Belmont Pool. And she smoked everyone. It was the most amazing thing.

GREAT luck, Rob!  I know you will rock it and I have a feeling that your 200 Free will be even faster than at the Rose Bowl! Keep us posted. =)</description>
