		<description>Rob, I love your blog. &lt;br /&gt;What I see on freestyle is that you&#039;re over-reaching a bit, especially with your right arm. Your elbow is in the water almost before your hand. I can&#039;t see underwater (doh) but you might be pulling your elbow back before your hand really gets into a good position. Get your fingertips into the water just ahead of your head, then reach if you must ;-0. &lt;br /&gt;Sprints need a pretty fast turnover WITH good technique.</description>

		<description>Great job!!  You have a really nice butterfly stroke.  You look super relaxed in both your fly and free - not casual!  :) I think looking relaxed is a sign of being in descent shape, not lack of effort!  If you were out of shape you&#039;d have short, choppy strokes.</description>
