For future reference, if you want to hurt all over do a swim meet and then spend some quality time in the ocean on consecutive days. It will seem really fun at the time but not feel so great later! As it luck would have it I’m totally doing that again this weekend! Turns out I like swimming more than making good decisions, oh well :) Anyways, today hurt a little bit. The workout was pretty decent and I felt the whole thing in my middle. The last set of the day was written as 2 times through but I don’t think anyone did the second round. We were running over time and a few of us have jobs to get back to!
