Got in my last workout before Big Shoulders today. I got out about 15 minutes early in an effort to not over do it right before the race.

Here’s today’s workout:

8 x 100 @ 2:00
50 easy

Repeat x 2
3 x 50 kick IM order
100 free

8 x 25 IM order

250 free

2 x 25 sprint

1850 yards total

From here on out my taper is going to consist of 2 flights and then some pizza and beer tomorrow night. I am a finely tuned athletic machine and this is what I require :) I’ll see you guys in Chicago!
