Today there were only 4 of us that showed in Santa Maria for our masters group. There was no workout published so we had to come up with something on the spot. I think it came out pretty solid!

5 x 100 kick (75 regular 25 fast, 50 regular 50 fast, 25 regular 75 fast, 100 regular, 100 fast)

4 x 75 @ 1:05

200 cool down

3100 yards total

For me the main set in there was really just a 1300 with the occasional open turn because it was time to leave already! I’m still working on getting faster in workouts but at least I’m making the intervals even if it’s just barely.
