Me and blogger haven’t been getting along today, so even though I’m writing this Friday night it may pop up on the website somewhere between never and eventually. I wrote a post about 10 hours ago that still hasn’t made it to the web site due to “technical difficulties.” But I have a compulsion to write stuff even if blogger is broken, so here we are.

Tonight was mainly an easy swim with a some sprinting mixed in. I haven’t been in the pool much this week and I was really antsy to do some fast stuff. I did 4 sprint 50′s alternating fly and free with about 2 minutes rest in between. I think it was some of the fastest swimming I’ve done in my workout pool. It’s so dark in the pool at night that I can’t see the pace clock, but it felt like I was swimming 28-29′s from a push in a jammer. I can’t wait until next week when I can get out to Clovis and swim for real.
