Tonight I just wanted to get in a solid amount of distance (for me anyways). Normally I would do more sprints or sets of shorter distances but tonight I just wanted to keep a steady pace for about 45 minutes to an hour. I swam 2500 yards total in about 50 minutes. I did mix in one 100 fly out of principle. I figure if I’m going to continue to get better at it I have to swim fly every time I hit the pool.
